The National Bank of Argentina (BNA) together with United Nation Development Programme (UNDP) and the Institute for the Integration of Latin America and the Caribbean (INTAL-IADB) are organising the Seminary of Experts ‘People and Planet: Financial Inclusion for Social Inclusion Argentina G-20' in Buenos Aires (Argentina) from 20-21 September 2018.

This Seminary of Experts, in preparation of the G-20 Summit, aims to deepen the debates and proposals around these issues: the global partnership for financial inclusion, the current complex crisis social and environmental, the development of sustainable financial markets, the role of the social movements, the future of work and creative ways to transform the financial models and structures to respond to the needs of the persons marginalized and discarded.

This seminar also intends to give continuity to the "Conferences of Value Based Investors and Sustainable Development Goals Agenda 2030 UN" held in Rome in previous years with organizations such as Banca Etica, Carbon Tracker Initiative, European Partners for the Environment, Finance Watch, Global Alliance for Banking on Values, Responsible Finance and Investment Foundation, United Nations.

All the actors involved in the financial and social economic processes, including individuals and communities victims of crises and unjust models are invited to attend this seminary. Cardinal Peter K.A. Turkson, will attend the conference and will deliver a speech titled 'Prefect of Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development'. Globethics.net Director, Obiora Ike, will be not only representing Globethics.net as a participant institution but delivering a speech on the impact investments at communities' services. He will address the ethical imperatives for finance, inclusivity and society towards building a more peaceful human ecology.
