Members of the Alt-Canisianer, former students of the Jesuit school in Innsbruck, Austria, gathered in Enugu in April 2023 for a fraternal meeting marked by unity and shared reflection. The reunion strengthened bonds among the Old Boys and reaffirmed their common heritage and commitment to lifelong fellowship.
The meeting provided an opportunity to reconnect, exchange ideas, and reflect on the association’s guiding spirit, “Cor Unum et Anima Una” — one heart and one soul. Discussions focused on sustaining relationships, supporting one another, and preserving the values instilled during their formative years.
The gathering was hosted in Enugu and featured the presence of Obiora Ike, a distinguished member of the association. Participants expressed appreciation for the continued growth of the Enugu chapter and resolved to expand engagement among members.
Plans were also announced for the next meeting scheduled to take place at Godfrey Okoye University, reinforcing the association’s commitment to continuity and structured collaboration.
The April reunion stood as a renewed testament to friendship, shared identity, and enduring solidarity among the Alt-Canisianer Old Boys in Enugu.
