
The newly appointed Deputy Controller of Enugu Maximum Correctional Centre, DCC Sunday Igwe, alongside his entourage, paid a courtesy visit to CIDJAP to acknowledge the institute’s longstanding contributions to correctional facilities over the years.
The Director of CIDJAP and other senior management team members warmly received the Deputy Controller, reaffirming their commitment to supporting the correctional centres.
CIDJAP has played a significant role in improving conditions within the prison system through various initiatives, including:
* Donation of a water tanker vehicle to address water shortages.
* Provision of pro bono legal services to inmates.
* Welfare and rehabilitation support, including medical care, food, clothing, and other essential items.
