Opening Prayer:
The meeting commenced with an opening prayer led by Rev. Fr. Paul Chidiebere Ani, calling on God's guidance and wisdom for the deliberations ahead.

Opening Remarks:
Very Rev. Msgr. Prof. Obiora Ike, the Director of CIDJAP, delivered the opening remarks. He welcomed the attendees and emphasized the importance of the meeting in steering CIDJAP towards its future goals.

Minutes of the Previous Meeting:
The minutes of the previous meeting had been sent earlier by the Executive secretary of CIDJAP, Dr. Mrs. Ebele Odinachi, via an online platform. The CIDJAP management staff read the minutes, which Mary and Uchenna Oji moved for adoption and subsequently approved.

Matters Arising:
Msgr. Prof. Obiora Ike requested that the outcomes from the recently concluded CIDJAP Executive Management Committee meeting be shared to enhance progress and effective management.

Key Outcomes:

1. Staff Performance Appraisal:
It was brought to notice that staff performance appraisals would be conducted soon and twice a year subsequently.

2. Alignment with Mission and Vision:
Various arms of CIDJAP will ensure alignment with the organization's mission and vision.

3. Founder's Day Celebration:
CIDJAP will celebrate Founder's Day on October 4th, 2024.

4. Legal Conference Launch:
Plans were made to launch CIDJAP's Legal Conference. The date, which will be fixed in the next Executive meeting.

5. Personal Data Form:
A personal data form was shared by the Director of Administration/HR, Mr. Godwin Ike for staff data update.

6. Staff Policy Review:
The staff policy under review will be submitted to Msgr. Prof. Obiora Ike for approval.

7. Strengthening Central Filing System:
Efforts are in place to strengthen and expand the CIDJAP Central filing system to include all staff from various arms of CIDJAP.

Transforming Mission to Institution:
Msgr. Prof. Obiora Ike addressed the management staff on the theme "Transforming Mission to Institution." He recounted CIDJAP's journey over the past 38 years and outlined the vision for its future as an institution. He assigned Rev. Fr. Ambrose Ofodile the task of developing a concept note on this topic.

Catholic Social Teaching (CST) Program Update:
Rev. Fr. Ambrose Ofodile, the Assistant Director, provided an update on the Catholic Social Teaching (CST) program. Key points included:

Duration: 1 year and 9 months of coursework, followed by 3 months of project work.
Teacher's List: List already in place.
Entry Qualification: Graduates.
Registrar: Mrs. Julie Okenwa.
Curriculum Development: Ongoing at a fast pace.
Timetable: Was read out and adjusted.
Certification: The Senate of Godfrey Okoye University has approved issuing ECST and Diploma certificates to successful candidates at the end of the program.

Representatives from various arms and projects of CIDJAP shared their reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future plans.

The closing remarks were delivered by Rev. Fr. Paul Chidiebere Ani. The meeting concluded with a closing prayer by Rev. Fr. Ambrose Ofodile.
