The meeting was attended by department heads, project coordinators, and key staff members.

Opening Remarks
Msgr. Prof. Obiora Ike opened the meeting with a warm welcome to all attendees after the opening prayer led by Rev. Fr. Paul C. Ani. He emphasized the importance of these monthly reviews in ensuring that CIDJAP's projects are on track and aligned with the organization's mission and goals.

Review of Previous Meeting Minutes
The minutes from the previous meeting were read by the secretary, Dr. Mrs. Ebele Odinachi, and were unanimously approved after a few minor corrections. The action points from the previous meeting were reviewed, and updates/feedback were provided on their implementation status.
